WHAT YOU’LL GET IF SELECTED:
If selected, you’ll get a one year supply of this product! Participants will also get a $125 stipend after completing the program. Commitments would include: Taking a before survey, Doing a zoom call witht he Doctor, using the product for 30 days and then taking an after survey and providing feedback.
